Benefit Administrators, Inc. offers a comprehensive COBRA administration service. Employer compliance with the constantly changing COBRA laws can be a challenge. Our knowledgeable staff strives to stay current with these changing laws.

Although the Federally mandated COBRA laws only apply to groups with 20 or more full or part time employees, six (6) out of the prior twelve (12) months, Benefit Administrators, Inc. also administers Mini-COBRA (with less than 20 full or part time employees, six (6) out of the prior twelve(12)months) with their State Continuation requirements.
